1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using xtrude, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
xtrude is an AI-powered plugin for Rhino and Revit that helps with 3D modeling, layer organization, and task automation. The service is provided on a credit-based pay-as-you-go basis.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use xtrude. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Pricing
xtrude is provided on a credit-based system, and pricing is displayed on the service. You may purchase credit packages to use the service.
5. Credits
All credits (purchased and granted) are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase or grant. Expired credits will be automatically forfeited and are non-refundable. Credits are consumed in first-in, first-out (FIFO) order, meaning the earliest-expiring credits are used first. Refunds for purchased credits are processed via the original payment method. Credits are non-transferable between users. Credits may be used, cancelled, or refunded within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
6. Cancellation and Refund
You may request cancellation and refund under the following conditions: (a) Unused credits may be cancelled and refunded after purchase. (b) Unused credits are refunded based on the amount paid at the time of purchase. (c) Credits that have already been used are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Cooling-off period: If you have not used any purchased credits, you may receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase. However, once credits have been consumed, refunds are not available as the Service constitutes digital content under applicable consumer protection laws. You may also request a refund if a payment error occurs due to our fault, or if the service is suspended due to our fault. To request a refund, contact info@xtrude.ai. Requests will be processed within 3 business days.
7. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use xtrude for your personal or internal business purposes. You may use your account on multiple computers, but simultaneous use on multiple devices is not permitted.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) use the service for illegal purposes; (d) attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; (e) resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
9. Intellectual Property
xtrude and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using xtrude belongs to you.
10. AI-Generated Content
xtrude uses AI to generate code and geometry. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xtrude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
